To call you back about your enquiry.
For homeowners: to check your project details and introduce you to a local builder or tradie who suits your project.
For builders and tradies: to talk to you about working with us.

Who we share it with

If you are a homeowner, we share your name, contact details and project details with the builder or tradie we introduce you to, so they can contact you about a quote. We only do this after we have spoken with you.

We store enquiries in our customer management system and with our website host. These providers store data on our behalf and may hold it outside Australia. We don't sell your details.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your details from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we only keep them as long as we need them.

Your choices

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. You can also tell us at any time that you no longer want to hear from us. Use the contact form on our homepage and we'll sort it out.
